Canadian astronaut Chris Hadfield will be back on terra firma Monday night.

He’s set to complete his five-month mission aboard the International Space Station, and board a Russian Soyuz spacecraft Monday evening for a three-hour trip to Kazakhstan.

Hadfield has captivated Twitter fans for months with his spectacular photos of Planet Earth; he held schoolchildren question-and-answer sessions, and even led sing-a-longs as he circled the globe.
