The South African presidency says former President Nelson Mandela has been discharged from a hospital after an improvement in his condition.
Officials say the 94-year-old Mandela was being treated for pneumonia.
He’ll continue to receive care at his home.
Mandela has made three trips to a hospital since December, when he was treated for a lung infection and had a procedure to remove gallstones.
