New Brunswick is reporting the number of M-S patients who’ve sought funding for liberation therapy falls short of expectations.
The province approved payments of 25-hundred dollars for the treatment — which widens neck veins — two years ago.
The University of Buffalo recently reported a study of 30 M-S patients showed no improvement — and in some cases the procedure actually made their condition worse.
