ONETV wants to bring you and the healing power of yoga together for one very special day in May in Toronto!
We’re excited to present Flex at the Plex with Deborah Devine, host of Healing Yoga, our perennially popular, restorative yoga series seen daily on ONETV. It’s “Yoga for Real People with Real Problems” – for all ages and all ability levels.
On May 26, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 3:00PM, you’re invited to join ONETV and Deborah for a good, healthy stretch at our Zoomer Hall studios at the ZoomerPlex in Toronto’s vibrant and historic Liberty Village, just north of the Canadian National Exhibition Grounds at 70 Jefferson Avenue.
Expert yoga instructors for all ages and fitness levels will guide you through classes that will energize and uplift you. It’s a free event and there’s free parking on site!

10:15 – 11:00 AM: DEBORAH DEVINE – Certified expert restorative yoga instructor and host of Healing Yoga on ONETV
11:15 AM – 12:00 PM: FARHAN DHALLA – Top award-winning yoga teacher & trainer, Bollywood movie stars’ personal trainer- Healing Yoga co-yogi
12:15 – 1:00 PM: LOUISE VIGNEAULT – Top trainer and yoga teacher in the CanFitPro world and the Good Life system
1:15 – 2:00 PM: DIANE BRUNI – Canada’s first Ashtanga teacher, as founder of Downward Dog Yoga Studio, and creator/host Breathing Space Yoga, airing internationally on TV for over 20 years.
2:15 – 3:00 PM: DIANNE BONDY – Social justice activist, author, accessible yoga teacher, and the leader of the Yoga For All movement.
It’s just one part of the City of Toronto’s annual Doors Open Toronto event, showcasing some of the most architecturally, historically, culturally and socially significant buildings across the city for the full weekend of May 25 and 26, 2019.
