This past weekend, the double-feature cinematic event of the summer took place when two completely different films debuted and absolutely tore up the box office.
Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer, which follows the true story of J. Robert Oppenheimer, the creator of the atomic bomb, and Greta Gerwig’s Barbie, based on the iconic doll, combined to gross over $500 million worldwide on opening weekend.

Sam Houston previewed the weekend on The Morning Zoom with Sam & Jane.
