Jetta would kill us if she knew were opening with this, but we can’t help it. Jetta uh, well, Jetta snores. Not the large-uncle-passed-out-in-the-family room snore. But a quiet, kitty snore. She is so convinced she doesn’t. But sorry Jetta – we all know it’s you.

Jetta is a gentle, sweet, and affectionate cat who just wants a home where she can get scratched on the chin and roll around in catnip. She likes humans who have treats and/or any sort of toys (springs and mouse wands are her favourite). She loves spending time with those she’s gotten to know, often purring nonstop and rubbing up against their legs to tell them how much she appreciates their company.

Affectionate? Yes. Shy and even a little sensitive? Also, yes. Jetta can be cautious and a little nervous. When she is feeling overwhelmed with people, especially with touching, she will be very clear when she’s had enough. A quick growl, a teeny hiss, maybe a nibble. That’s her telling you, “okay enough human.” She isn’t mean about it! She just knows what she likes and what she doesn’t.
