Windsor is a free spirit and true believer in the healing effects of the hug. People, playtime, and the great outdoors… that’s Toronto Humane Society’s Windsor. With his bright smile and gorgeous eyes, he is the kinda guy who always welcomes you at the door to ask about your day. He’s been described as an oversized lapdog by friends and family. Really. He will get into your lap every chance he gets. He also loves snuggles and the scratches.
