Underneath Pepper’s shy exterior is a super-sweet, smart, and incredibly loyal pup who loves the sounds of nature, group huddles, and hotdogs. Her favourite colours are all the colours. She wants to know why treats don’t grow on trees. She also wants to know what kind of couch you have, and where her spot is. She is waiting for her people at Toronto Humane Society!

Rescued from a hoarding situation, Pepper will need her humans to be super patient with her as she plays catch up on the things she missed as a puppy. She will likely always be shy and a little sensitive, and will need a home where she will be given support on a daily basis.

This girl is all about loyalty. Once she finds her people, she’ll be by their side till the end. She wants to find a gang who will explore the outdoors with her, every leaf and twig, every nook and cranny nature has to offer. She would be the best companion for long walks and quiet hikes on the trail.
