Hi, I’m Gene Stevens with a look ahead to our next ‘Vintage Favourites’ this Sunday afternoon.

It’ll be ‘the vintage year – 1965’ … the Great Black-Out, Canada’s new flag and Toronto’s brand new city hall … plus Muhammed Ali’s ‘phantom punch’ knocks Sonny Liston out before many folks got into their seats … movie magic from ‘Dr.Zhivago’ and ‘The Sound of Music’ to ‘Thunderball’ and The Beatles’ ‘Help’

Bob Dylan plugged in and shocked the folk music fans and Mick got ‘satisfaction’. Plus an hour of classic Canadiana ahead of ‘Canada Day’, and a birthday celebration for Murray McLauchlan.

That’s all on the next ‘Vintage Favourites’ this Sunday from 2:00 to 4:30, from Zoomer Radio.
