What are you doing for the holidays?

Christmas Eve has always been big for our family, typically  we all  get together and enjoy a big meal and lots of laughs!  This year however , we’re celebrating the weekend before because my sister is going away. Regardless of the date, as long as we’re together as a family and count our many blessings, we’re good to go!

What’s your favourite holiday meal?

Every year, we’re thankful that my mother (at 85!) still enjoys cooking for Christmas.  Our favourite every year is mama’s homemade pasta and meatballs – we make the turkey and vegetables but after moms pasta, nothing tastes quite as good!

What’s on your holiday playlist?

I love every song on Michael Buble’s last Christmas Cd..and the classics are always a favorite like Gene Autry and Bing Crosby and to pick up the pace Brenda Lee’s Rockin around the Christmas Tree!
