Ronnie Hawkins’ 80th birthday celebration was live on air at the ZoomerPlex in Liberty Village today, on Friday, May 8th.

We hosted an 80th Birthday party for Canadian music icon, Ronnie Hawkins! Norm Edwards, Robbie Lane and The Happy Gang, welcomed many of “The Hawk’s” friends and fans into The New Zoomer Hall for great food, drinks and music. The day’s festivities included live interviews, performances and appearances by some of your favourite Canadian celebs, such as:

Gordon Lightfoot, Dan Hill, Bobby Curtola, Lily Frost, Amy Sky and many more! Plus, some lucky AM740 contest winners joined in on the fun.
