IN MEMORIAM – 2021
As we look back on 2021, we’ll each have our own personal memories of it – both good and bad. As music fans we can’t help but tie some of our memories to music, especially when we may have lost a favourite recording artist. The final Sunday of every year brings me the opportunity to feature some of those we’ve lost in the past twelve months. Again this year, we’ve bid farewell to so many; rock’n’roll pioneers, one-time teen idols, and legends in country, reggae, rock and soul and so much more. I’ll shine a spotlight on their stories and play songs by over two dozen major artists who died this past year. I hope you’ll join me for ‘In Memoriam – 2021‘ on the year’s final edition of ‘Vintage Favourites‘ this Sunday (Dec.26) from 2:00 to 4:30.
Let me also say thanks to you for tuning in to the show whenever you did – you’re the reason we do what we do.
