Holly Thompson stopped by Breakfast Radio to chat with Neil and Sam about the important work behind Scott Mission’s Holiday Hope Fund for 2019. The shelter provides hot meals, counselling, shelter, hygiene products, and extras during the holidays like a free toy shop for parents to pick out gifts for their children, and grocery store gift cards. Money is preferred to items; the Scott Mission can make a dollar stretch further as they purchase in bulk and have well-established relationships with providers. This is the 11th collaboration with Zoomer Radio and the initiative is to exceed the $40,000 raised last year.
