SHOULD DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME BE ELIMINATED? – NOVEMBER 4 2019

Libby Znaimer is joined by Dr. Patricia Lakin-Thomas, Associate Professor in the Department of Biology at York University and Myriam Juda, Researcher at Simon Fraser University’s Circadian Rhythms and Sleep Lab.

As we all know, the clocks changed at 2 am this past Sunday, November 3rd. The clocks have gone back an hour to mark the end of Daylight Saving Time and a return to Standard Time.

The question becomes, should we continue going back and forth between the different times, or should we stick to Standard Time all year round? Share your thoughts with Libby and guests.
