An important honour for a Canadian publisher.
Scott McIntyre, co-founder of D&M Publishers, has won the inaugural ”Ivy Award” presented to someone who has made a substantial contribution to Canadian publishing.
Mcintyre’s “Ivy” comes from the Harbourfront Authors Festival and The International Visitors Programme…which invites publishing professionals from around the world to participate in five days of inter-industry dialogue with the goal of increasing opportunities for Canadian authors and publishers abroad.
McIntyre was presented with his award last night as part of the International Festival of Authors at Harbourfront .
