Canadian Cancer survivor, Ceinwen Giles … ran through the streets of London today carrying the Olympic torch.
The former Toronto resident is in remission after treatment of Stage 4B Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma.
She says she will take her Olympic Torch, which she purchased, to her daughter’s day care later this week then to local hospitals to continue her work in advocating for people with cancer.
Giles, who now lives England says the Olympic Torch run was like a dream come true.
