Medical Officer of Health Dr. David McKeown has issued an Extreme Heat Alert.
That means the City is making public building available for people without air conditioning … or those who need to come in from the heat as they go about their activities outdoors.
Dr. McKeown also advises that we check on elderly neighbours and family … as well as those with compromised health … to make sure they’re coping.
