German Chancellor Angela Merkel sits in the top spot.
Right behind her is U-S Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
Third is Brazil’s President, Dilma Roussef.
The Forbes list also includes Lady Gaga, Beyonce and journalist Diane Sawyer.
