Recipient and threetime nominee of Billboard Magazines prestigious Air Personality of the Year Award, Bill Gable is a broadcasting legend from Windsor, Ontario.
Windsor’s CKLW was the subject of the Gemini Award-winning Canadian documentary, Radio Revolution: The Rise and Fall of the Big Eight. Bill and his former coworkers star in the film as they tell the story of the Canadian Motor City station that rocked millions of listeners in Southern Ontario and the U.S.
Bill has also won the CLIO Award for Best Conceived Radio one of the top advertising awards in the industry for his onair work in Los Angeles, Washington D.C., and Memphis. For over 25 years, Bill has been a familiar voice on network television and radio stations across North America.
